Raymond L. Torres has been Executive Director of Casey Family Services since August of 1992. He is responsible for the oversight and administration of the agency's eight Divisions, located throughout New England and in Baltimore, Maryland. He also serves as a member of the Annie E. Casey Foundation senior management committee, with responsibilities for policy and grant making. He received his Master's in social work from Adelphi University and has served as adjunct assistant professor at the University of Oklahoma School of Social Work.

Interview with Raymond Torres 

Ray Torres, executive director of Casey Family Services, explores the impact of disproportionality on Hispanic foster children, as well as the urgent need for Hispanic foster parents to improve outcomes for these children. In the process, he addresses the importance of kinship care and the need for permanency in the lives of foster children.
