Robert B. Hill, Ph.D., is a leading and widely published researcher in the field of black families, child welfare and disproportionality. Currently Senior Researcher at Westat, a research firm in Rockville, Maryland, Dr. Hill holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Columbia University and has taught on the adjunct faculty of the University of Pennsylvania, University of Maryland, Howard University, Morgan State University, Princeton University, New York University and Fordham University.
